The goal of the game is flipping, renovating real estate for the purpose of profitable resale. In real life, this strategy is very common in the United States and is gradually gaining popularity in Russia.

But in House Flipper you will also have to do the most basic work – cleaning up garbage, as well as demolishing partitions, painting walls, and washing windows. Some people (including the author of the article) find this very annoying, while others enjoy this meditative activity.
