MysticFear the new strategy game – There is a bitter war in the world of Hellgonia. The battle is fought between the alliances of the Sun and Legions of Shadow. It is a war that has been going on for 1000 years. Good versus evil. The player initially makes the decision which side he wants to support. He builds villages and castles and fights for dominance of the world of Hellgonia.

Research and talent point allocation support his army in MysticFear , which can gain excessive strength against the enemy. Bad rain, dense ground fog or heavy snowfall shouldn’t stop him in his quest. An innovative battle bar system enables finite and infinite play. MysticFear is played in real time and turn-based.

The winner of a round is the side that can hold the decisive battle pin on your faction’s side for 7 days. Every victory and every defeat counts. At the end of the 7 day period, all players in the faction will receive bonuses or the battle pin will be reset. Building levels and units remain intact and are not reset, so the player can start the next round with full strength.

In order to provide some support for the weaker faction in MysticFear, the so-called divine intervention was introduced. This means that every victory over a player from the opposing faction counts twice (victory points x2). This means that if the needle is in the last quarter of the “Alliances of the Sun” faction, the “Legions of the Shadow” faction receives this bonus until the needle has reached a neutral position again and therefore has a higher chance of getting the needle through To get victories back from the opposing section. Divine Intervention activates automatically when the displayed needle reaches the last quarter of a faction.

The game MysticFear is kept in balance by the following features. Legions of Shadow are more likely to carry out massed attacks. The construction time and the cost of the units are 33% lower than those of the Alliance of the Sun faction. However, in return, the Alliance of the Sun receives a 33% stronger army (in attack and defense)

In order to prevent the so-called farming of weaker players in MysticFear, point thresholds for beginner/weaker protection have been implemented. This means that only players who have 25% fewer or 75% more points than you will be attacked. There is an example in the MysticFear FAQ section in the forum.

The weather in MysticFear also contributes to the course of the game. There are 3 types of weather. Nice weather, thick ground fog and pitchy rain/snow. The weather affects your travel speed when attacking or transporting troops. Raw material transports in MysticFear to your own and foreign villages are not influenced by the weather.

To expand your village in MysticFear, there are two options. Attacking and conquering an enemy village or choosing a free place on the game map and building a new village there with the necessary change (starting costs: 70,000 resources of everything as well as 1000 farmers and 500 spearmen). Danger! This village can be taken by the enemy! The main village cannot be captured. For each additional village, the resources required increase by 70,000 per resource. For example, for a third village the player needs 210,000 resources of gold, wood, stone and food. The required units, which are used as defense immediately after colonization, do not increase. For a hostile takeover, the wall must first be destroyed at level 0. However, only the ram unit can do this.

If resource mining is too slow for the player, there is the opportunity to “farm” his resource producers in MysticFear buildings every 8 hours. The amount of the yield determines the expanded level (e.g.: expansion level * 100 = resource gain, that would be with an expansion level of level 20 = 2000 resources)

All buildable buildings can be expanded to infinity. The building levels are only limited by increasing the resources required. Otherwise, no limit was provided in MysticFear.
